This past week has flown by!! It seems like I was just barely emailing home!
Time is going by way too fast! We started off the week great with playing
with Elephants and then time just went faster and faster.
Our investigators are doing incredible.... I think the biggest sign of their
conversion is the missionary work that they are doing! Ndivhu hands out
tons of book of Mormons every week... we just give her a few at every visit.
She is also inviting her friends to church and will have a big turnout this week
at her baptism! Thabo is sharing with the gospel with everyone he talks to.
He always has a new story to tell us about what he is sharing. Basadi and
Sunday brought their friend to church on Sunday also!
Elder Smith-Holley and I are getting split up though tomorrow. It's sad because
we built the area up together and worked really hard, but it is what the Lord wants.
I will be training again and will be the District Leader again. The main focus I was
to have was to get them to enjoy mission... too many people here aren't enjoying
when it should be the happiest time of your life!
A scripture I really liked was in 1 Corinthians 9:14. It is a really simple scripture that
states that "they that preach the Gospel, should Live the Gospel." As members of
the church we have the responsibility to open our mouths and share this wonderful
news to all around us! If we are not, we are failing! It's that straightforward and in
order for us to share it with the Holy Ghost bearing witness to them we need to be
living the gospel! I promise that as we open our mouths, they shall be filled! Let us
live up to our responsibility as members and thereby also live up to our privileges!
